Hi people,

I tried to visualize an idealized 6-step process on how the public data
sources could be opened one by one. I hope that in the future the
opengov -sites could support a process like this. (so that there would
be place to document the steps for each data source and possibilities
for discussion).

The process is based on my own experiences as collecting the first
Finnish data catalog. I did the work without worring if anybody will
ever use the data sources opened. I learned very quicly that it would
have helped a lot in the discussions to have at least some wild ideas
what for the data could be used. That's why I put the first step "Idea"
there. I also vision that opengov-sites would be a sort of hubs for the
developers to suggest data sources for opening and revealing their wild
code-ideas what they would like to try out.
