Hi.

I took the RDF output from the CKAN and Peter's example from
opengov.se. My understanding nor experiences with RDF are not very
good. However it seems to me, that we have enough common vocabulary
here to facilitate synchronization. I believe CKAN has an RDF import
capability and it should be relatively easy to build import mechanism
for catalog if the need arises.

I like the idea of using Atom for information about machine readable
data. One could provide a full feed of dataset info as RDF, but that's
probably too heavy handed. I copied the RDF examples below. CKAN
example comes from its semweb interface at http://semantic.ckan.net/
and opengov.se's is at http://www.opengov.se/data/42/rdf/
