Updating Graphical model at each inference step?

Hello,

     I am trying to update my graphical model at each inference step using Pycallback. I mean that at each step, number of variables decreases since now a set of pixel resembles a single variable or a superpixel and in next step I do inference on only these variables. May I know is this possible in OpenGM?
