Are there examples of openglobus with a time dimension:
The idea is to display a layer that changes with time and ad a control to animate the scene.

Globus hasn't a special api or such layers, but it could be somehow performed.
It depends on what kind of layer you want to show. If it is a bunch of imagery tile layers you can use internal Clock to make them visible time to time.
What kind of data do you want to animate?

The idea is animate tiled layers, that are rendered previously. Please could you post an example in how it could be done?
Another option is create a vector layer and put and remove the features depending on time, I have tried but I can't do it.
