GeoBlacklight v0.1.0 and GeoBlacklight Sprint 3 Updates

Greetings,

This message is a follow up with the community about the status of the GeoBlacklight project. Over the past several weeks we have collaboratively working on moving to a releasable beta. We are happy to announce the release of v0.1.0. This version includes much of the functionality to meet our functional requirements including:

 - spatial search

 - dynamic spatial refinement

 - feature inspection

 - multiple download types

 - layer opacity widget

 - new homepage design
