Hey, sorry we haven't made any progress on any aspect of the project and the group has been so silent. I have have a lot of RL things that I need to focus on and just haven't had the time to work on anything OpenFur related.

I think the first order of business is still porting the UFurMix repo to an OpenFur one and getting the content up to date with the newest Ubuntu or at least the newest Ubuntu LTS. If no one else wants to work on this I will try to mess about it in my free time since I have my WUBI install back.

If you are interested helping manage the project with me then drop me an email at my gmail. Still learning the ropes of managing a project like this.

I do think their might be a more viable market for the project now that their is some base steam support for Linux (does anyone else feel odd running steam and TF2 outside of WINE?) and then there is that rumor of office (have to research on that one yet, interesting rumor though). Well I hope to hear back from you guys. I am going to be going to FWA next month and would like to be able to mention we are making some nice progress with the project.

Till later,
Linkhegamer, OpenFur Figurehead

Just to point out, WUBI is not supported by Ubuntu anymore.

true, its good to follow Phoronix and OMGUbuntu. Also considering the change to MIR it might be a good idea to hold on for more info on that.
