Guide on adding artwork to Openframe available

I've written the following incomplete guide to give advice to people first using Openframe. It includes some recommendations on what artwork format to pick and sums up issues I've faced with those extensions. I hope this might be helpful.

Would be great to see this integrated into the Openframe documentation.
