command not found

Hi 

I'm trying be a part of this project  but when i try to execuente open frame i get command not found, installation was succesfull so i don't know where the problem is. 

any help will be very much appreciated

Can you describe in a bit more detail:

A) Which model of Pi, and which operating system you're using

B) The steps you took to install
