You can use any image you find on the web just right-click on the image within your browser and copy the URL.

If you like to upload your own images you need to upload the photo to a publicly reachable webspace. If you don't have a webspace/server you could as one of many options try Dropbox. Once uploaded to Dropbox use "Copy Dropbox Link" and you end up with a URL like this "https://www.dropbox.com/s/vb17ehsdfqp2bjd/290317.jpg?dl=0". Change the 0 at the end to 1 like this "https://www.dropbox.com/s/vb17ehsdfqp2bjd/290317.jpg?dl=1" and you should be able to use the URL for Openframe.

You don't necessarily need to add a preview URL. For the image artwork format, you can simply use the same URL. Only if you are using other artwork formats (video, etc.) you would need a different URL providing an image.
