Kindly find the Bill that will be the subject of the discussion attached. I will send across a short note on the bill shortly. Statistics and other relevant data from India and USA will also be forwarded soon.

 

The question for our discussion will be:

 

Does India require such a law in the light of economic/social foundationS of India?

 

The proposed agenda for the session will be as follows:
