Meeting venue

Dear Friends,

 

Hope you are having a good day.

 

This is with regard to the  Open Forum meeting on 15th February, Sunday. Kindly note that only a fifty member room is available at Ashirwadh. Considering the size of our group I felt that the room might be too big for us and therefore blocked it instead of booking it.

 

Alternatively, based on every one's convenience, we can organize the meeting at any of the following venues:

 

a. IIM, Bangalore - Mr. Anil suggested that the meeting may be organized on campus; and
b. Our office at J.P. Nagar.

 

If you can inform me about your convenience, I will make necessary arrangements at any of the locations. If you think that Ashwiradh is a better option, I will go ahead and reserve the hall that has been blocked.

 

Kindly respond at the earliest. Also please indicate your availability for the meeting.
