What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when I Open a Web Browser and goto to page http://127.0.0.1. It
tell "Directory Listing Denied This Virtual Directory does not allow
contents to be listed."

The message displayed is not being generated by OpenForum. This suggests
you have another service running on port 80.
Either stop the service before running the OpenForum server, or set the
OpenForum server to start on another port.
