Avior unable to launch floodlight controller on windows 7

Hi

I am not able to launch floodlight using avior.

 I have installed Java and it is running.

My controller is at : 

http://155.98.39.93:8080/ui/index.html

I have attached the screenshot of error message. Could you please help me on this.

It has to do with the way java sends pings on windows. What you can do it edit the code here  and compile it youself : https://github.com/Sovietaced/Avior/blob/18cd13b3402bdc548fb4b56c2543dd3256cd135b/src/view/Startup.java
