Methods for computing protonic conductivity of Nafion in OpenFCST \(at least the N211 and Iden11 methods\) result in negative conductivity at low RH/water content. Thus, OpenFCST cannot be used to simulate cell performance under very dry conditions \(below 20% RH\). The original conductivity data must be refitted with relationships that do not produce negative values at low RH.
