Ramdom not connected / no setpoint

Usually, my wife arrives home, puts the car in the garage, and connects the plug.
Lately, and randomly the setpoint stays at 0A.
Today it happened again, I bet tomorrow the car won't be charged.

Did this already happen to someone?
