I have tried everything I can think of, but all I get is Earth Ground Test Failed. My relays have been connected, and clicks when the board runs self tests. The AC out from both relays are connected to the AC test inputs. Some help please?

J1772 is not connected (just connected the simulator kit), and when testing I connected just 1fase with no PE, thought since the board dosent have any referance ground this dident matter... Will try with PE tomorrow :-)
Just a thought: here in Norway (and some other countries in the EU) we dont have Terra Neutral mains, but instead Isolated Terra... Meaning my AC input will be 2 fases with current, and no neutral... Does this complicate things? And if so, can I re-program this earth ground check(
Andrew,
You need connect AC test lines to the J1772 side of the relay. If they are left disconnected the safety checks will not pass.

Hi Andrews,
The scope graphics look a little off but its hard to say if it is the scope itself or settings. Most likely everything is just fine.
In general you should plug in OpenEVSE first. After self checks are complete, then you plug in the EV.
When using OpenEVSE timer you should turn vehicle timers off.
