VW E-Golf (Europe) MR2016 - not start charging EVSE WB

Good day,

I built a simple wallbox - in Type 2 Connector is a 680 ohm resistor between PP and PE, in EVSE is a 680 OHM resistor between ground and PP. Everything looks normal, after connecting to the car the connector is locked, the contactor controlled by EVSE closes, the car charger start (one click sound in the engine compartment) but charging does not start. Is there any special setting for E-golf MR2016 and EVSE WB?
