openEVSE for european 400V system

Hi

I plan to build an OpenEVSE for my Renault ZOE in Switzerland.
As i have a 3 x phase,  400V, 16A plug available i wonder what needs to be done to change the base openEVSE to 3x230V (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TN-S)

First i would like to build a 1x230V version, here i'm not shure if i just can wire like in the US examples as we have N,L1 and not L1,L2.

1) GFCI CT
    Will the CT work with the N, L1 system
    Do i wire N and L1 trough the ferrite?

2) Do i switch the N or just L1 ?

3) What to i wire to openEVSE Ground connector, N or PE?

If this is sucesfull i like to extend to 3x230V, depending if i need to Switch N or not i need 3 or 4 Relays

1) can i switch 2 Relays from one openEVSE relays output?
    i ordered the 30A openEVSE Combo, not shure if i get 2 single relays or 1 dual
    if i get two single, can i just add 2 more single Realys in paralel or do i better replace by 2 dual relays?

2) will the CT still work in this scenario, what needs to be wired trough the ferrite?

3) how do i wire AC Test 1 and 2
   how can i test L1, L2, L3 for a hanging relays contact?

I'm gonna use two dual relays, so test1 and test2 can "watch" the relays, i don't know how i could check all three phases with only the two test inputs.
