As highlighted previously, we now have sync of package version / teamcity version / assembly version, so releasing nuget packages is one step closer for openrasta.

Discussion is happening at https://github.com/openrasta/openrasta/issues/10 so please comment on this on the release / ci process. I’d like to see movement on those rapidly.
