So copy the system.ext2.img to your sdcard. To convert a standard
system.img to an system.ext2.img, use the scripts from the repository
available under "Sources".

installed rc5 on the phone when the test is finished.

I tried once but I had to reinstall all the applications after and
reconfigure everything.

Would a procedure like tar the /data partition and untar it before to
reboot on rc5 work ?
