I got Odoo Server Error : Traceback not available

When I use my administrator account it is able to enter the POS, but when I use the other accounts I created, they are not able to enter the POS and showing error below, even I try to increase their rights to administrator, they still not able to enter the POS.

Hello,

Just setup right access for your staff, your account is admin (full access)
For other users ( POS staff ) verify that accounting and finance access on the configuration board is set to accountant.
