Issue with starting up openengsb

Hi All,

I am a newbie @ OpenEngSB. I downloaded 2.0.2 zip, unzipped and started openengsb.bat.
All started fine, but 404 error was thrown while trying to access the web app.

Any Help Folks

Hi,

What URL did you try to access the web-interface on?

have you tried http://localhost:8090/openengsb/

yes Christoph ... I used this URL only ... the Jetty was up but seems it could not load the page
Apparently there was no exception being thrown at the command prompt and sequences started as well

Any clue

Ah, AFAIR openengsb-2.0.2 uses karaf 2.2.x which still has an issue with
JRE >7u4 or JRE >6u32

maybe you can try an older JRE?

Sadly we were only able to fix this particular problem on master

Hi,

I'm new to Openengsb and I'm have a similar issue. I've downloaded openengsb-2.0.2.zip, unzipped to a local folder.
set mvn configurations in "org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.cfg" and proxy is set in my local maven settings.xml.
when I start openengsb.bat file, I nether see any errors/exceptions nor the server is getting started.

attached the log file too. 

Any help?!!

Hi!

There is a newer version of OpenEngSB [1]. I recommend to use this one.

I tried the latest version suggested by you, yet has the same issue. Not sure why!

It seems some jars are missing. Have you tried building it from source?
