Loading of connector configurations at restarts

Hi,

currently the changes in the connector configurations, which are made after stopping a bus, are not reloaded at the following restart. Because at each restart the connectors are tried to be installed, and as expected the "connector already exists" exception occurs at [1].

Firstly, is this a desired feature that only the config changes, which are made while the bus is running, are applied? Or is it rather a bug?

If this is a bug, what would be a good way to overcome this? At first sight, it seems that simply the update(artifact) method could be called in case of an existing connector. However, the code is likely to be fragile due to the complexity. Therefore it would be great to have the opinion of the developer of the connector deployment, or some other one who has already experience in this part.
