Hi!
Was there a reason why the activemq-webconsole is a feature isolated from the openengsb-jms-infrastructure feature and
has no dependencies to the first but also does not work without the first?

well...the webconsole is a REALLY big package (~60mb) which we simply didn't wanted to include just for the sake of having it. In addition, IIRC there where some problems with auto-starting the component (which is quite some time ago by now and should be reevaluated).
