OpenEngSB parents

Hi,

is there a reason why the OpenEngSB Maven Subprojects have directly
the openengsb-root as parent and not the openengsb-framework-parent as
parent, or is this just a leftover from the framework split/merge?

The idea was always to make per-bundles-releases again at some point in the future. The specific structure of only referencing the root pom directly was to keep just this possible. If it's really the best idea I don't know, but at that point in time it seamed to be.
