[ANN] Released OpenEngSB Root 33

The OpenEngSB team is pleased to announce the next release of the
OpenEngSB Root Pom: Version 32

The 33th release of OpenEngSB root pom focuses on fixes the assembly
problem we had by downgrading to version 2.2.2 of the
maven-assembly-plugin.
