Released openengsb-wrapped-parent version 7

Hi,

I just released version 7 of the openengsb-wrapped-parent.
You can use it in your wrapped-lib-projects like this:

<parent>
<groupId>org.openengsb.wrapped</groupId>
<artifactId>openengsb-wrapped-parent</artifactId>
<version>7</version>
</parent>

Please use this version for future library wrapping.
osgi.bnd shouldn't be required anymore in most wrapped-projects now.
