[ANN] EOL of OpenEngSB Framework 2.4.x branch

With the announcement of the OpenEngSB Framework 2.5.0 release we send
the 2.4.x branch to EOL making the 2.4.5 release the final one in this
series.

Since we're basing the entire development of the OpenEngSB Framework
on semantic versioning you should be able to upgrade from any 2.x
version to 2.5.0 without any changes to you projects. You can receive
the updates in binary
