[ANN] Released OpenEngSB Root 32

The OpenEngSB team is pleased to announce the next release of the
OpenEngSB Root Pom: Version 32

The 32th release of the OpenEngSB root pom includes the version
handling of the axis2-java2wsdl-maven-plugin required starting from
openengsb-framework-2.4.2. In addition a bug-fix upgrade to the
checkstyle (2.9.1) hadbeen included.
