A quick message to say I am in Cairo, so we could meet up and get more concrete things going.

When will most of you be available? I am leaving on Sat morning, so will keep the Friday for me but any other day works. Lemme know :)

There are people who work and It is impossible for them to come during working hours. Thus, 6pm sounds convenient :)
