Looking for content manager for EgyptFOSS tender

Dear all, 

   I am reaching out to you on the same topic that were sent before, with the exception that we (eSpace) is a *real* FOSS company. We are bidding on EgyptFOSS Platform tender as well. 

   

We are basically looking for capable team/company/organization to handle the the content part in the attached RFP; this includes from developing the content strategy to the content generation and management during the full period of the project ( 3 years).  

Please forward to whom it may concern noting that we have a very limited time to respond to the RFP.
