How to implement/configure contact us page

Hi all,

I am trying to implement/configure contact us page for LMS and i can't find a way around. Is there anyone who can help on this please?

I realize this old, but I to would like to know how to do this. When users click the "Contact Us" button thy are able to select a course, enter a subject, and details, but nothing happens when they click submit. Can anyone point me in the direction of a fix?
