Course Catalog not Updating after Changing Course Name, Organization

to Open edX operations

Good Day All - I can't get the course catalog to update, along with the 'Refine Your Search' when I change the course name, organization.

The home page updates correctly and so does when I click on Learn More button for each course.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I'm using Docker, tutor install and Ubuntu. I restarted services and even rebooted server but no luck.
