Drill is a new Apache Incubator project

The Drill proposal was recently accepted into the Apache Incubator process.

Drill is a project with similar end user goals as OpenDremel, but with fewer ties to a particular platform.

It would be great if the two projects can cross pollinate.

A hangout would be a great counterpart to a hackathon.  I am traveling and visiting customers for another week and a half, but I will look for a quiet day to do this.  In the meantime, the mailing list is the place to go.
