Hi,

I recently purchased a  Ham It Up v1.0 from NooElec.  So far I am very happy with it.  At one point, I was told that the upconverter DID cover 6 meters.

Can the designers of this please confirm the frequency range?

Hi Dave,

Yes, the design will Upconvert 50-54MHz. The filter roll-off occurs
over this range but conversion losses are still an acceptable 15dB
compared to the 10dB average over the 0.5-50MHz range. Beyond 60MHz
performance is significantly deteriorated and by 80MHz it doesn't work
(which is a goal; to block FM).

Most of the DVB dongles can handle inputs down to 45MHz or so. Try
feeding your DVB dongle directly or using the Upconverter is
passthrough mode.

Are you having problems with reception?
