Beta - New Add/Edit UI

Hey all,

I pushed a new beta version out to http://www.opendocman.com/beta/

This deployment includes a fix for issue #79 at github: New add/edit interface.

The hope is the new interface will clear things up a little when it comes to department permissions. There are a lot of support requests that mainly are caused by the users not understanding the old department permissions interface.

Take a look at the Add/Edit pages and hammer on it a little. Let me know if you have any issues, or if you have any suggestions.

Oh, and the passwords are the same as the /demo page, and the site resets itself every hour.

Dear Stephen,I have 30 agencies which will upload there documents and every agency document can be read and write for all other agencies. Which ever agency will upload the document it must have Read and download rather than default forbidden. How can I set default setting. I have checked the entire application but no where found authorisation.

You might want to take a look at the Simple User plugin which hides the
user/department permissions settings during upload and allows you to
choose what those values will be.
