My system is ubuntu 15.04 64-bit.
I just dowloaded opendias_0.9.5_amd64.deb, but i cannot install it: dependency is not satisfiable.
Is there a solution for this problem?

I too have the same problem with 15.10. It cites tesseract3. As a Linux newbie is there a way to manual install this missing dependency (which I assume is a newer version of tesseract. I'm hoping to use Opendias as a replacement for Paperport (on Windows)
Thank you

Hi,
Simpler solution is to use a debian where the install is working perfectly.
I have done a complete install in a Raspberry PI ( Wheezy - debian) and it is a fairly trivial task.
I used the developer instructions given in the github and have been able to  successfully install and use it.
if you want to try it out pl. go to citrus-360.com:8988/opendias
if you need an id to try it out, pl. contact me separately.
thanks.
Bala.

I'm sorry but I tried to follow the developer instructions, but for some reason I couldn't even unpack the tarball.  The extractor kept telling me file "z" not found. I'm really beyond my expertise at this, but thank you for replying. At least I did see your deployment... it looks exactly what I was looking for!
