permissions problem creating /var/run/opendias.pid

When attempting to test/setupRun.sh, it was unable to create /var/run/opendias.pid.  I resolved it by doing sudo touch /var/run/opendias.pid.

Thanks for your continued feedback.

I think setting permission on this directory is noted in the testing README. However, your solution does the job.

Incipiently, the requirement to update permissions on system directories (or run tests as root) and been completely re-factored in the upcoming 0.9 release.
