Installation Guide: Ubuntu 16.04

Hi Everyone. 

I created a rough guide on how I installed opendetection library on my Ubuntu system. Head over to my github page if you are interested. The guide is in the README.md file.

Please note that this is not some sort of in-depth guide or tutorial, just a rough outline of how I setup and installed the various dependencies opendetection needs to compile properly. I made it because I had a bit of trouble figuring it all out myself, so hopefully this guide can help others who are in a similar situation.
