GSOC 2017: Ease library deployment, automated dependencies installation.

Hi,

I am a final year engineering student and interested to apply for this project in GSOC 2017.

What you guys want to do can be done using Docker. I have been working with docker for 3 months now.

We can make docker files for the products and a new user just has to do a docker pull command to get started. This can also be extended for testing in different 

environments.

This is what I want to work.
