How to cut the file?

Hello!!

I am new to Opendesk, trying to cut "Meeting Table v2.1.0" files, but can't get how to cut in vectric Aspire.

i am confused green mark, what will be this profile (inside or outside)? is i need to select including green mark or not?

& what will be perfect of this table? 12mm or 15mm board?
