Thickness of materials and materials to use for Opendesk non commercial production

Hello, if I want to produce my own furniture through a Fab-Lab for example, I can't see which thickness of wood to use, neither if I can use MDF, birch or Beech plywood. 

This elementary info would be very useful to find somewhere on the website before we download the files and even after downloading the files, I cannot find this info on the assembly document i downloaded. Anybody can help? 

Is everything made of the same thickness of 18 mm or 15 mm or 21 mm or something else? 

Are the designs made to use with beech, birch, bamboo, MDF, OSB or something else?
