Divide sheets are confusing

I see many parts at one same sheet, but from the assembly guide I don't think it all fit in one material sheet

I have the same problem. I can guess which parts should be on a different sheet.

But there is another problem, the assembly guide don't seem to be updated. It don't have the same parts..

Can you show us what you are talking about? Opendesk lays out each sheet so it can be cut out of a 4' x 8' sheet of either .5" (12mm) or 3/4" (18mm) Baltic Birch.
