Canvass App or Voter Registration app for Windows Phone

I saw on http://open.democrats.org/ that an OFA Canvass Android app was released back in October 2010. 

 

I'm wondering if there is any active development on an app for the Windows Phone platform.  Living in Seattle, we have a healthy percentage of Windows Phones thanks to Microsoft and it would be great to get an app on these. 

 

If there's nothing under development but there are sufficient API's available, please let me know as I may be able to find some volunteers interested in developing an app for Windows Phone.
