Release 2.2.2 is now available

gzip'd tars are available for download at http://www.opendcx.org/download/

The github repo will be updated in the next few days and branched so development updates will occur more frequently.

The test image tar balls have been updated with 2.2.2-compatible versions - updated channel names and ImageFormat definitions.

    - PixelTile base class created to support generic rectangular pixel regions

    - ImageFormat created to support formal Format definitions stored in OpenEXR metadata
