DCP in 720p

I have a source file that has a frame size of 1280x720 which I need to keep at the same frame size.  When creating the DCP it is automatically converting the file to 1920x1080.  Is there a way keep the frame size in the native?

Also is there anyway to script the DCP creation process?

1280x720 isn't a DCI compliant resolution. If you want 1280x720 rather than scaling it, then you'll need to pad the image to create a compliant image size.
