My opendcp cant open wav files

Hello i have a trouble with add Wav files using (mono 48khz 24 bit) audio. but it drops me an error "The selected wav file is not mono"  What am i do wrong ?

You need to make sure your wav is really 1 channel mono. Some applications save mono as 2 channel with one channel silenced.

audacity does export valid mono files if setup correctly! you need to first split it to mono. see screenshot for that!
click on he small arrow and select "split stereo to mono", then you can either close one of the files or mute it to export either a single file or multiple files.
