I recently included KDM creation in my pipeline and this would be the next step:

How is the official way to get the Doremi/Dolby/other Certificates like?
Is access to the FTP servers an expensive business, or merely free inside the postproduction chain?

Thanks for any advice.

There were some appearances (leaks?) of logins in the web, but since I want to rely on it, I would like to know about the secure/legal way.
ie how it is handled, and if one of you has experience with these sources...

or if it's the holly grail of some sort (constant chase).
