JPEG 2000 Encoding is not working

Dear all,

After some successfully created DCPs, Open DCP now is not accepting my source data for my recent project.
I tried many different ways to export: from Final Cut directly to TIFF and directly to JPEG 2000. Suffix then is not j2c but jp2 !?!?
And via Compressor to TIFF and DPX Files...Open DCP is always saying that "some files are not able to be converted"
The project is a 2K Scan of a B/W 16mm Neg.

I hope someone can help me...

how can i get this jpeg 2000 encoding key number from? 
I want to buy it, but i don't know and how to pay it.

If you are referring to OpenDCP. There is no license key needed.
