Guys, I have a question about the three aspect ratio options. Flat usually use (1.85) when my source is fullHD material. But when I have 2k in materials filmed with crop for Scope (2.39), the closure of the image to the DCP, the image must be square or anamorphic pixels? As is shown in DCI projectors anamorphic Scope or square pixels?

thank you guys!

DCI/DCP is always square pixels.

A film is – or should be – more like music than like fiction. It should be a progression of moods and feelings. The theme, what’s behind the emotion, the meaning, all that comes later.

Great, good to know, besides putting in the description during the creation of the DCP in OpenDCP, should alert the projectionist? Or the server will automatically send such information to the projector?

Thanks a lot

As long as you name and create the DCP correctly, any competent projectionist should have no issue. But I run into a lot of inexperienced projectionists these days.
